For a long time I thought the Democrats were desperately trying to implement the Cloward and Piven strategy: "overwhelm the welfare system and establish a guaranteed annual income", and I thought, that Bill Clinton tried to make some addtional inroads, when he "assigned" Hilary to develop a "National Health Care" program, which was eventually rejected by the citizens. The way it was presented by Hilary was too obvious. But the Obama administration was going to "one up this strategy" by creating and imposing his version of "an affordable healthcare program"; a medical insurance plan called Obamacare; a system impossible to succeed BUT the fail-safe was written into the law to bail out the medical insurance companies when the citizens and the program, eventually failed at the end of 2014. So that we would all believe his version was actually going to be successful.
But, this would be an even greater example of the Cloward and Piven strategy of collapsing not only the welfare system but now a new system which represented 1/6th of the budget of the USA., in order to have the Federal government take it over. The administration would then offer the solution to the problem of the insurance companies not being able to cover all the medical costs, by telling the people that because of the insurance companies, the Obamacare law cannot succeed and America therefore, has to revert to a single payer system of medical insurance for every American. This means the Federal Government will pay for all health care costs. The term "single-payer" thus only describes the funding mechanism—referring to health care financed by a single public body from a single fund—and does not specify the type of delivery, or for whom doctors work. Therein lies the dictatorial aspect of the single payer system.
Canada, Cuba, Venezuela, England are just a few of the countries that have a single payer system, and all of them are either limiting the kind of coverage a person can get, or limiting the people who can get the coverage, or whose government, through what has been called in America a "death panel", determines who can and cannot receive any sort of medical treatment. No person nor a doctor in any of these countries can decide what is the best treatment and who can receive that treatment; the Government does all that for you.
When that type of system does happen, you are led to believe is it "free healthcare coverage" but it is far from free.
Our Federal Government has been successful in duping Americans through payroll deductions by stealing from every citizen out of their weekly paycheck, and redistributing that money as it sees fit. It is kind of like what Unions do; they take their "dues" out of your paycheck to "make it easier for you to pay". The Federal Government, takes "dues" out of your weekly paycheck to pay for the programs it decides are necessary for you. And like Unions, the person least likely to work, receives all the benefits as someone who works hard for their income. You work harder, but you only get the same raise the other non-working slug gets, and the same vacation time and the same Holidays. With the Federal Government, it takes your hard earned money, and distributes it to people who do not want to work; who do not want to pay for their own medical costs, people who are encouraged to continue to be lazy, increase the size of a family, fully expecting you and me to pay for it.
Obamacare was never intended to be a success; it was implemented by Progressives who want to take control of the every day life of each American citizen; it was designed to fail, and it will. the successful failure of this program will make America just another country run by a dictator and his assigned cohorts. You can see Obama's intentions in his desire to write "executive orders", willy-nilly. We have a Constitution Obama wants to disregard, and the failure of his signature legislation will enable him to further his dictatorial desires. We can't allow the Cloward and Piven type of thinkers, succeed. We have to return the power of this country to the people which this Republic was designed to be governed by.
It is up the voting citizens of America to educate themselves and to vote accordingly with the intention of getting rid of the "Lifer" politician; those white haird dinosaurs who need to go home. Those cotton-top politicians are so obsessed with themselves and so out of touch with the citizens they just need to be replaced, in both parties.

And I might add, flushing the toilet in DC will get rid of all the waste that has resided there for 40 years..
